Tender Rules

  2. Any offer you make on a van is irrevocable and capable of being accepted by us, Nb; neither the highest or lowest offer is necessarily accepted by us.
  3. Caravans sold through the tender are sold on “as is” basis, excluding all warranties capable of being excluded by law. ALL VANS ARE SOLD WITHOUT STATUTORY WARRANTY.
  4. If you are an unsuccessful bidder, we may not contact you. If you wish to make enquires about your offer, please telephone. Ph: 8296 5000
  5. The purchaser is liable for registration charges on the purchase of the van (such as transfer fees).
  6. Warranties can be purchased on all vans purchased once a service has been completed.
